About Us

We, Briahna Barbour and Jose Ramos, thought of coming up with a service... Cut Right on Sight because we both live in neighborhoods that don’t really have a legitimate Lawn Care Service, and if we do they are all so expensive and the people who offer to come to your house aren’t really personal; some don’t even pay attention to you even if you're sitting on the front porch. We thought of creating a service that is not only good at what they do, but good at treating customers like actual people and friends. We both have experience in what we do and one day plan on making this small neighborhood Lawn Care Service into a great business. As a business, we still will not lose sight of what is important and that is Customer Service. This service will not just help us out and keep us busy but also help us get to know our neighbors and move to other neighborhoods with our Lawn Care Service.

Starting this service and get it up and running and successful is one goal of ours but another one is gaining the trust of all homes in Chesterfield. So put down all your landscaping tools and let us handle the work, boosting your curb appeal, without breaking the bank. Rely on us to be the trusting Lawn Care Service you have been in search for that will benefit the entire family.

P.S. We are very dog friendly we don't mind if dogs come up to us at all. We own a Pit Bull her name is Blue, if you want to meet her you’re more than welcome to include that in your appointment scheduling process. She is super friendly, loves children, and will definitely tire them out.

We can't wait to meet you!

Cut Right on Sight Affordable Lawn Care Service

"We see it we fix it"

Enough about us, let us share our hacks you can use outdoors that will save you even more money added along with our service.

And don't worry if you don't see the hack you’re looking for we can easily help you out upon arrival for your appointment.

  1. Need to get rust off patio furniture? Get a cucumber or raw potato and scrub the rusted area to remove it.

  2. Never will believe it but soaking rusted Grill parts in Soda Pop will take away the rust right before your eyes

  3. Clay flower pots seen better days? Try soaking the flower pots in room temperature vinegar/ water bath... don’t forget to scrub.

  4. Try washing windows after sun goes down to prevent those awful streaks.

  5. The solution you use on your windows can be made at home using a vinegar and soapy water mix

  6. Using vinegar on weeds? Who knew but it definitely works, but trust us... that’s not what we use, mainly because with vinegar the weeds only stay away for a short while.

  7. Boiling water on weeds is another way to keep them away for a short while, without harming your soil, but probably won’t do your grass much justice.

  8. Grass in the cracks of your driveway? We don’t have a hack for repaving it, but sprinkle salt on the undesirable grass patch

  9. Spent 50 dollars or more on tarp for under mulch and rocks? Try using trash bags instead to not break the bank

  10. If you want to get a great deal on a lawn mower or barbecue grill, try to make it through summer and wait for the sales that happen in September and October

  11. Instead of using your fingers, try using a clothes pin or bobby pin when doing a DIY project that involves a hammer!

  12. Have damaged outdoor wood furniture? Try rubbing a walnut into the cracks and let the walnut work its magic

  13. If you just broke your watering can, try using a milk jug and poke holes in the plastic to get back to watering those tiger lily’s

  14. Keep ants away from your party by placing mint tea bags, cucumber peels or bay leaves around the perimeter of your outdoor entertainment areas

  15. Adding apple cider vinegar to your dog’s food will prevent a flea infestation (we never tried this on Blue, but I have no idea how she will react to the taste of apple cider vinegar)

  16. Plant marigolds around the perimeter of your yard or garden to ward off all sorts of unwanted pests, and plant them among your fruits and veggies to repel nematodes that would otherwise nibble on the roots

  17. Can’t stand the smell of Marigolds, plant rosemary or sage instead.

  18. If you prefer sweeter tomatoes, sprinkle baking soda around tomato plant as it grows to get rid of that acidy taste.

  19. Also use baking soda to get rid of those annoying oil marks in the garage or on any other concrete surface.

  20. If your yard has an overwhelming amount of flies, lay out dryer sheets or hang them, be sure to soak them in eucalyptus oil to ward off flies
